Our response to covid-19

Wellbeing without panic.

Since March 2020 we have been closely following guidance from the World Health Organisation. 

Our response to the pandemic is built around making everyone we touch - staff, guests, suppliers, our neighbours - feel safe, cared for and informed.

We are trying to incorporate sensible changes into our operation in such a way as to improve our guests' overall experience.

 

Who knows, some of them might be here to stay. 

1.

FACE

Wear face coverings when appropriate to protect you and others. Sneeze and cough into your elbow, not your hands.

2.

SPACE

Keep two metres away from others to show consideration and reduce risk of spreading germs.

3.

HANDS

Keep your hands clean with soap and water and avoid touching your face and commonly touched surfaces. 

4.

CONSIDERATION

We will assign guests tables, lounge areas and sun-beds, so please wait to be assigned yours before making yourself at home.

5.

COMMUNICATION

You can find our protocols online and we encourage you to tell us how you feel so we can reassure you. 

6.

CONTACTLESS

You will find all of our menus and information online and we will share your bills that way too.

7.

COMMON SENSE

We have always aimed for hygiene without causing harm to our environment and continue to operate this way.
