HOT WATER
You may have noticed already that hot water is not a given here in Cartagena.
The sinks in our bathrooms are cold water only, but your shower has hot water. If for any reason the water isn't hot, let us know right away.
TOWELS
White towels are for your rooms. Blue towels are for the pools and beach. Towels left on the floor will be changed. Towels hanging up will be left.

Loto del Sur is a Colombian brand that uses local flora as the base for all of their products.
The amenities in your room are not takeaways but we do have a stock to sell. Please ask if you would like to purchase any of the products.
Yes, we switched from teeny, weeny plastic bottles to nice, big refillable ones. Feel good about that. We do.
