BE SENSIBLE
For everyone's peace of mind, please keep cash, credit cards, jewellery, passports and other small valuables in your safe and keep your door locked when you’re not in your room. We accept no responsibility for items not left in your safe or at reception.
Remember that all beaches in Colombia are public, and it is not advisable to leave your belongings unattended on the beach or anywhere outside the hotel. Avoid taking valuables and large amounts of cash if you go to the village.
We do not recommend leaving the property at night alone - always go with one other person at least.
USING YOUR SAFE
Firstly, use it. We do not take responsibility for your things. Only the manager has access to safe keys. If it's in your safe, it's safe.
To set, press the red button on the back of the open door and key in any 4-digit code, followed by E. Turn the knob right to open the bolts, then close the safe and turn left to lock. Wait 3 seconds. Enter your code followed by E to open. Please leave your safe open on checkout.
