Wellbeing without panic.
Hygiene is a cornerstone of hospitality and in response to the pandemic of 2020, we are simply incorporating additional, sensible changes into our operation in such a way as to improve our guests' overall experience while keeping everyone safe.
Wear face coverings when appropriate to protect you and others. Sneeze and cough into elbows, not hands.
Keep two metres away from others to show consideration and reduce risk of spreading germs.
Keep hands clean with soap and water and avoid touching faces and commonly touched surfaces.
Guests are assigned tables, lounge areas and sun-beds, so please wait to be assigned a space before making yourself at home.
All of our protocols are published online and we encourage guests to tell us any concerns so we can reassure you or adapt your experience with us.
6. CONTACTLESS WHERE POSSIBLE
Check-in and registration is managed digitally and in advance of your arrival on the island. Menus and room manuals can be found online. We encourage contactless payments and all invoices are sent via email.
7. COMMON SENSE
We have always aimed for hygiene without causing harm to our environment and continue to operate this way. No disposables, no harsh chemicals.
