Lick a lulo, gross! Shot of Aguardiente, even worse. Yet somehow these two very Colombian ingredients combine to make one of the most refreshing tropical cocktails of all time. Drink like a local and enjoy a Lulada or three.
Half a Lulo Fruit, peeled
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Aguardiente (Sugar Free)
Muddle the Lulo with the Simple Syrup and Lime, add your Aguardiente, then shake vigorously with ice before straining not once but twice. If you're making this at home, we recommend a collins glass to handle the natural foam head from the Lulo. And our favourite muddler? Why the 10" Big Blackie, of course.
