MUSIC IS LIFE.
We are open to the public for lunch from 11am - 6pm We always play background music and on weekends we are a popular lunch spot for local Cartageneros.
On Saturdays we have a DJ from 1pm - 5pm and our pool area is adults only. The garden and beach are always quieter and family friendly.
THE GOLDEN
RULES
Children are welcome but we are not designed for small ones. The kids' menu is limited and there is no kids only pool. Our pool is adults only on Saturdays from 1pm - 5pm, children are welcome on the beach!
You can bring your own speaker, but if we hear it, we might just take it away from you.
RESORT FEE AND IMPACT FUND
Staying with us is not the same as staying in town. City hotels are connected to public utilities. On our island, we are not. We generate our own electricity, make our own water, process our own waste and transport absolutely everything here ourselves, from cleaning supplies, food and ice, to you. Nothing here 'just happens', which means that behind the scenes we have built and now operate the equivalent of a small city, so that our guests can experience Tierra Bomba comfortably.
The 20 USD per night resort fee allows us to transparently separate the room rate from the cost of operating in this mad, off-grid environment. 25% of it is dedicated to making sure we do that responsibly, going directly to our Impact Fund, which supports nonprofit initiatives that mitigate the negative environmental effects of tourism and contribute to local social development.
