Supper Club

Once every couple of months we invite a renowned chef to Blue Apple, and co-host an intimate chef's table dinner for only 24 guests. The 'dining room' is our kitchen garden, which we open to guests only for these dinners. Dinner is usually a 6 course menu with each Chef presenting three dishes. Chefs work with local, sustainably produced ingredients, many of which are sourced from the garden itself, the island or Cartagena. A wine and cocktail pairing is included in the price, along with boat transfers.
