
A dining experience like no other

Once every couple of months we invite a renowned chef to Blue Apple, and co-host an intimate chef's table dinner for only 24 guests.

FINE DINING IN A RELAXED, ROMANTIC SETTING.
The 'dining room' is our kitchen garden, which we open to guests only for these dinners.
Dinner is usually a 6 course menu with each Chef presenting three dishes.

Chefs work with local, sustainably produced ingredients, many of which are sourced from the garden itself, the island or Cartagena.
A wine and cocktail pairing is included in the price, along with boat transfers.


ARRIVE IN STYLE
Guests are whisked the 20 minutes to the island in style by speedboat.
​
The boat departs from the Old City at 6:30pm and can collect guests from docks in Manga, Bocagrande and Castillogrande.
​
You will arrive home in Cartagena at around 11:30pm.
TRULY PERSONAL
This 'Chef's Table' experience is personally prepared and presented by in-house Executive Chef Pedro Mosqueda and a guest chef.
Guests have a chance to meet the Chefs and hear first hand from them about every dish.
