Founding Chef behind Michelin starred restaurant Aldea, as well as an exciting upcoming Portuguese concept, soon to be announced. On Friday March 17th, he will join Blue Apple Beach executive chef Pedro Mosqueda to host a private ticketed dinner.

Guests will travel to and from the island in a luxury speedboat and enjoy a multi-course family-style feast, co-created by chefs Mendes and Mosqueda, combining their international influences and celebrating local Colombian ingredients. A wine and cocktail pairing is included.

In February 2023, Kristen Kish and her Sous Chef Martine Hudson visited Blue Apple and hosted a private dinner for 30 guests along side our very own Chef Pedro Mosqueda. 

Chefs presented a 4 course family style meal, combining some of Kristen and Martine's favourite dishes from their Arlo Grey restaurant in Texas, made with local ingredients. 


As well as raising funds and awareness for the Green Apple Foundation, Kristen and Martine left an indelible mark on our kitchen and our team. A huge part of this guest series is to provide international exposure and connections to a local team which otherwise would not have access.
