AIR CONDITIONING
When enjoying the A/C, keep windows and doors closed (including bathroom door). If you would like to leave windows and doors open, please turn off the A/C. Contact with warm sea air will cause it to leak. When you are not in your room, switching off the A/C helps us to reduce our carbon footprint.
USING YOUR SAFE
Firstly, use it. We do not take responsibility for your things. Only the manager has access to safe keys. If it's in your safe, it's safe.
To set, press the red button on the back of the open door and key in any 4-digit code, followed by E. Turn the knob right to open the bolts, then close the safe and turn left to lock. Wait 3 seconds. Enter your code followed by E to open. Please leave your safe open on checkout.

Our robes are a collaboration between Bahamama - a local fashion brand - and Diana Herrera, an artist from Cartagena. Yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. A robe is a perfectly acceptable form of attire during your stay. We think breakfasting in a robe is one of life’s simple pleasures.
You’re also welcome to take your robe with you (or request a new one), in which case, we will just add it to your bill.
