Half Texan, half Colombian, was our best customer before becoming our GM.
LUZ - Head Housekeeper
Luz had never had a job before working here and now runs a couple of departments. Her nickname is 'La Jefa de Todos'.

Born here on the island, Guady and Luzmendi lead your team of merry servers.
